Cancellations & Refund
Customers cannot cancel their reservations once confirmed.
If a Cook cancels a confirmed booking made via the Site, Services, and App, JOYCHEFS will refund the Total Fees for such booking to the applicable customer within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation.
Mail to email@example.com within 6 hours of cancellation the meal by the chef. In the case of a refund, the Cook will not receive the associated Meal fees.
